If you'd like to visit this centre, its ok to go for a normal massage. But please be aware that my therapist was not completely aware of the really specific massages like marmara. a £75 marmara massage felt like a normal deep tissue massage. Marmara is associated with points (101 of them!). Some of the therapist at the centre maybe certified and know hat they're doing but not everyone does. Its a hit and miss. The owner was not respectful enough to do anything about it. I would not be returning

I had the Ayurvedic relax package, back and shoulder massage plus a facial. The massage was just the right amount of intensity and got into all the right places, the facial left my skin feeling hydrated, plumped and silky smooth. Great combination of treatments, would highly recommend
