Really relaxing massage and Jam adapted the massage and gave me tips on staying supple to prevent such tense muscles in the future. Will definitely be going back.

Take in the aroma of oils and gentle music. Peace and Tranquillity washed over me. I had an hour Swedish massage. Lovely relaxed room, very professional therapist with great attention to detail for my problem areas. Excellent massage. Wonderful. Thank you very much Jana.
