The therapist helped relieve my severe neck and shoulder pain. She was kind and considerate. Small details such as ensuring my feet were covered by the towel or cup of herbal tea after the treatment were lacking but other than that a great massage and I will be back.

When I arrived I felt quite rushed into the treatment without being asked any health questions or going through the form I had filled out. I also didn’t get asked if the pressure was right during the treatment. I was rushed out of the room after my treatment too (the therapist walked in as I was changing and said she had to clean the room for the next customer). The actual treatment was good but the customer service needs improvement

I was given a full body massage when I specifically booked a back and shoulder massage due to feeling very tense in my shoulders and I have various veins in my legs. I felt the massage was very rushed, she finished 5 minutes early and we started the massage 5 minutes late so I didn’t get a full hour. I was due to buy a gift voucher for my dad for Christmas but due to the experience I didn’t bother.
