The room was too dark I fumbled around undressed and found the couch , the town felt damp clammy and smelt of old oils . The therapist was running 20min late so everything seemed rushed as there was no pre treatment consultation, on the couch I lifted my head to ask her to be mindful of my lower back which she agreed to . I had a herb massage no fragrance just intense heat which was uncomfortable . the little light through the blind highlighted a thick layer of dust on them

The room was cold, it would have been nice to offer a herbal tea after an Ayurvedic treatment.

I have had both a head massage and full body with Dr Anita and thought both treatments were terrific!
She takes note of how your body reacts to the treatment and adjusts her approach accordingly.
