Treatment advertising could be clearer as i turned up and was unable to have my builder gel nails removed as can only remove shellac gel nails so i had to go elsewhere for removal first and then had the UV gel nail treatment with Jana which was all great. Might be misleading for others as the treatment is advertised as Gel Nails. Wasn't a big issue however.

A reflexology appointment was booked, this was NOT a reflexology appointment. It is wrong to call it that. Ok foot massage, but not reflexology - which was what was wanted. ALso runnignquite late and parkinjg difficult
