I booked 3 appointments and they came as 3 different bookings so I decided to go for the last two but then they said that I should have done all of them in order to make it on time. The "manager" there didn't even apologise for the misunderstanding even though it was quite clear that they were booked as 3 seperate bookings. Horrible management
