A reflexology appointment was booked, this was NOT a reflexology appointment. It is wrong to call it that. Ok foot massage, but not reflexology - which was what was wanted. ALso runnignquite late and parkinjg difficult

The facial was good and very relaxing. My only criticism is that whilst waiting for the mask to dry and the therapist massaged my head but didn't use any oil which wasn't very pleasant.
