I went for marma massage. Purpose was to support my healing. Surprisingly therapist ended the session without abdominal massage when gut is known to be the 2nd brain. I asked but the therapist declined on ground that I'd not asked for it before.

I went for my usual full body / Abyanga.
Best full body massage I have ever had in the UK.
Hot oils are very therapeutic and healing, head massage really helps destress and declog.
The facilities are very clean and beautiful, it feels serene, the staff are amazing:)
