Was early but offered no tea or drink. On entry it always smells of cooking spicy food, more like a restaurant than spa. No nice calming pleasant spa smells! Would have been nice to finish with head massage, had body massage first. Overall a bit too business like. Nobody addresses you by name or chats or takes time to make you feel comfortable. As a lady with large chest 😳 it was too long laying on front very uncomfortable. Needed a cushion. Not offered.

Had a lovely back and shoulder tai massage, this week. This was a Christmas gift, so was looking forward to it. I had a bit of a sore shoulder, so felt it might help. Dew gave me a lovely massage and my shoulder definitely feels much better. There appeared to be a few knots which were worked on and I am still a little sore, but that is expected with a deep tissue massage. Will be booking next one soon.
