I'm only in the first few days of stopping smoking but I feel so relaxed about it after the hypnotherapy. I am sure I've give the habit.

Amanda is absolutely brilliant! Super friendly, really talented and knowledgeable. I have been for a course of IVF hypnotherapy and also pregnancy massages and both services have been superb! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !!!!!

Immediately felt at ease with Amanda, felt she gave me a very personal treatment and am looking forward to my next visit.The treatment felt a little rushed towards the end though,
