Excellent massage, I was super tight during marathon training but felt great afterwards and it has helped prevent injury. The massage room is inside a boxing gym which is not very relaxing and a bit noisy however the room itself is lovely

He did it again! I had some pain in my neck after a sparring session, and Aris was able massage it, remove the gas and crack my neck, and I felt so relaxed afterwards. Now I can return to sparring with no pain in my neck. Highly recommend!!
