I have had many treatments over the years due to pains and aches in my upper back and shoulders for a decade now and can differentiate between different levels of quality and outcome. AM's treatment is absolutely recommended by me if you have any discomfort or tightness and need to get back to 'normal'. I would not have a massage elsewhere! Convenient location close to lots of stations too.
