I really enjoyed this session. Aris definitely knows what he's doing - he has a calming demeanour that puts you at ease and it able to identify the root of your issue which is not always where you're feeling the pain and he's very good at explaining this. I had a sports massage and felt like I was floating on air after our session. Thank you again I would definitely be back

I much needed sport/deep tissue massage. I have been struggling with a bad back for the past 4 weeks. Not completely healed yet, but has substantially improved the situation for me.
I regularly have chiropractor appointments near me. This was on the same level but with the added of a massage as well.
Such a fantastic feeling having your back clicked back into alignment.
I will be booking another appointment to finish off my rehab in maybe two weeks.
