Aris has been extremely professional, efficient and friendly. I've had lower back stiffness for a long time and the first 30-min session has certainly brought some relief. Aris has also shared some advice for further exercises to improve my back further. I'd strongly recommend him to other and will certainly come and see him again myself later. The only thing is, I struggled to find the entrance to the place first, so some more detailed instructions / directions would help new customers.
