After a whole week of being in excoriating lower back pain Amr has successfully helped in releasing the pain and the tension in my hip flexors. I can now walk freely again and ride my back with only a slight twinge in the lower back. I now have to do the delay exercises to keep my back in good condition, but will arrange for an appointment every 2-3 months to keep everything else in good working order.
