Second time visiting for a haircut and was treated as kindly and professional as the first getting what I asked for.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Was disappointed that the style I received did not resemble the picture I showed. Instead, my fringe now looks imbalanced and the rest of my hair lacks volume despite it being thick before the cut. I think it was down to the stylist putting her own interpretation on a hairstyle she was unfamiliar with. In trying to cut long layers, she ended up taking off too much hair giving the style a very thin, limp appearance. Not a bad service per se, but lack of attentive care.
Ladies' Haircuts
What a wonderful experience - ambiance is 10/10. The hair wash was thorough, the cut was as I wanted, Alya kept asking me if I was happy with the length and was very attentive. Ended with a beautiful blow-dry. Highly recommend this stunning salon.
