This visit was such a disappointment with how i was treated. I booked a haircut and blowdry appointment with Alya. First, Alya was not even present in the salon. So, Shazia did my hair. She offered to wash my hair even after i told her i booked only cut and blowdry. Paid £40 price mentioned for long haircut on treatwell. Later received calls from salon saying i cheated and paid for short haircut. Huh?? I wish i could attached a screenshot here as a proof. Will not be going there again. Shame.

They did an amazing job on my hair colour. but I feel like when it came to the hair cut and blow dry they didnt listen to me at all. they cut my hair way too short and also didn't ask me what kind of blow dry I wanted
