I booked blow dry for my wife and the experience was awful. when my wife told me what happen I was so so upset. I can't write big comment I need to talk to the manager.
one of the staff. the romanian girl I don't know her name. she wanted to sell more hair treatment for £45 when my wife say no thank you . she told her you going to lose all your hair and you are going to end up with no hair. my wife have very nice hair I'm so disappointed and the worst case she let my wife down. all day.😢😢😢🙍🙍🙍🙍

I felt like the hairdresser was not well trained. The water for my hair was either stone cold or dead hot and she didn't even bother to try to do something to fix it or apologise for that matter. I was not happy.

They gave me an amazing color and haircut.The color stayed in the hair for months afterward! It usually fades away quikely when I have been other places. It could not have been better.
