Really enjoyed my experience at Carlos, whilst the salon doesn't look much from the outside, don't be fooled, inside its a lovely and clean place and the staff more than make up for the lack of bells and whistles in terms of decor. Dominic cut my hair and he was lovely, chatty, and listened to exactly what I wanted and I was really happy with the final result.

Excellent value for money and good old fashion hairdressing the way it should be :)
I picked Carlos on the basis of the good reviews, and the special offer for a discount on midweek appointments. The salon's just a quiet neighbourhood kind of place rather than a stylish West End salon, but the quality of service really makes up for it. My hair needed a cut, but I didn't really want a dramatic restyle, just something easy to maintain which would suit my lifestyle. The stylist (Dominic, I think) listened to what I wanted and did a really nice job, the cut has lasted really well. I'd definitely go back - great cut, great value, friendly staff.
The salon is not extremely fancy but the staff is very friendly and it was a very relaxing hair cut and blow dry. I would definitely recommend this place and will go back again.

the stylist was very professional, kind and friendly. he spent alot of time and was very meticulous with my cut and blow dry. i found that he pulled my hair alot and i started to feel like my hair was getting over brushed and damaged during the blow dry. the salon is very nice, newly decorated, clean and in a good location. it was great value so i felt like i couldn't complain.
