I had a haircut at Carlos London last week and am really happy with the result. My hairdresser was friendly and really made me feel at ease. The haircut itself is fantastic and I asked quite a few questions about my hair during the session, so acquired a lot of tips in the process. Also, the coffee was great!!

If you looking for a good highlight treatment, that makes your hair look natural, this is the place to go. The blow-dry I had was the best I ever received, and the lady who did it was great, I forgot to book it, but she still spent a great deal of time making me look wonderful. Very happy with the beauty treatment.
However, apart from the lady who did my blow-dry, staff was not too helpful. Nobody offered me a drink. I got left alone on multiple occasions, and the man doing my highlights kept playing with his phone while doing my hair. When I go for any beauty treatment I expect it to be not only the product I am paying for, but the service too. I like my "me" time and want it to be an experience.
In short - great for the product, not too great for the service.

Place was overbooked, so very busy and some disgruntled clients. I was treated almost on time and everyone was polite. No frills. But definitely good value for money and I liked my highlights.
