The staff were very friendly and advised me with what the best cut for my hair type/face shape would be. They also gave me options and showed me examples of what the cut would look like.

Staff was really friendly but they had difficulties understanding which exact haircut I wanted. All nice however, they make you feel that you are getting a really good deal and that normally it should be more expensive. I thought the price I paid was just right (20£).

So pleased on my second visit to Carlos, he did an excellent job of my colour - perfect shade. Also Bayker did a fab cut and blow dry. Will definitely return for a blow dry shortly. After not long moving to London I'm so happy to have found a hairdresser I can trust!

Great friendly staff. Professional service. It was a little noisy due to interior redesign & reconstruction but obviously that is not permanent.
