I felt my hairdresser did not listen to what style I requested. He had cut it a lot shorter and didn't even touch the over-grown fringe that I had already asked to have shorter. After telling him to cut it, he reluctantly trimmed it and I ended up cutting it myself when i reached home.
The guy at 'reception' could see I was not overly happy and ver kindly offered to re-style my hair, but unfortunately I hadn't the heart to accept whilst my hairdresser was there.
Generally I thought the people were very accommodating but I was unfortunate with my pick of hairdresser. I suggest if you go to this salon, use a hairdresser that is recommended.

Color Ok, all the people they are very nice, like all the times, but I'm disappointed with the blow dry I had the last few times I went to the salon. I don't know how to describe.
Anyway I recommend Carlos salon.
