As it was new years eve the salon was very busy as to expected, the lady (sorry can't remember her name) did a fantastic job. I just felt sorry for her having to work with a torn ligament in her knee.

Overall my experience was great. Skeptical, due to past online offer experiences, I turned to Treatwell when I couldn't get into my usual stylist. I booked with Carlos London Salon because of convenience of location to my area and the amount of ratings the salon had. I booked at 9pm the night before for 9am the next day with no issues. Booking was incredibly easy. Everything was positive about my experience with Carlos and Bayker who squeezed me in at the last second for a cut and style. Carlos did a fabulous job on my highlights. The only issue I have with my hair is the final colour, which comes down to a misunderstanding on both parts due to lack of communication as it just wasn't there and as I result I walked away disappointed. The highlights deal is a steal of a deal for London prices, but I was disappointed that it did not include a cut for convenience of getting it all done together. I am thankful Bayker stepped in to save the day with a great trim. Thanks again! It's a great salon, I would definitely recommend it if it's in your price range.
