With so many salons out there I wanted to find one where I can return regardless of the price. The consultation was great and I would return there to have my hair done.

I had half-head highlights done and it was a very positive experience. Carlos listened to my wishes and really took his time with my thin/fine hair. I haven't had highlights done for ages and was a bit nervous that they'll be too bleached and look look artificial, but the result was exactly how I wanted it - natural looking highlights. Great value and will definitely return!

When I went there first time few months ago it was really great and hence why I booked again. Unfortunately second time I felt that it was a bad choice as my highlights and haircut took 3,5 hours to complete, staff was rude when I called to clarify my booking time, and when I arrived I did not feel very welcome.
It seems that in this salon they concentrate on wealthier locals and those who come with vouchers should not expect that extra welcoming service.
Happy with highlights though, so at the end ultimate goal was achieved.
