I was called on the morning to see if they could fit me in at another time in the week because of staff shortages, however, when I was unable to reschedule, I was seen the scheduled time. Dominic understood what I wanted and took his time cutting my hair. I was very happy with the quality of the haircut and drying and the advice I received.

Not a bad haircut and not rushed. I could have done with it being a bit shorter on top as it now needs
to be cut again.

The hair consulting never happened... It was too busy/ too late and it was not offered to me. The haircut was really good, I am quite happy with it, although it was done rather quickly.

I am a regular customer at Carlo's and every time I go I feel pampered and receive amazing treatments for my hair.
This time I did Cut and blowdry and was perfect as usual.
