I had a great hair cut and blow dry. The staff is cheerful. professional, helpful and friendly and accommodated my appointment after the tube strike. I would definitely go back there.

The jubilee line was suspended for a few hours today and so I was an hour late for my appointment. I had expected to wait for a bit, but the staff welcomed me and started right away! :) My hair was cut by Dominic who really cares about satisfying his customers and making sure they are happy with the outcome. You can really trust him with your hair, he takes his time while cutting it, and lets you know what he's doing. He is honest and super cautious about pleasing his customers while delivering the best service. Emete was just as friendly as Dominic, and I was more than satisfied with the blow-dry! She even took time to curl up the ends of my hair into big waves:) Everyone is super friendly and they always ask if you need anything to drink and if you're okay! The place is clean, and has a very comfy and friendly vibe to it! Definitely going again! :)

The highlights were invisible! I asked for highlights so that my roots would blend in but I'm not sure if he put anything in my hair at all! I won't be returning.
