From the moment I stepped in I felt I had come to the wrong place! I wasn't even greeted just told to sit in that seat. My appointment started late and then the person washing my hair initially had to make a phone call so someone else stepped in. They were rough and I felt as if my head would come detached at any minute. All I asked for was a trim and I have one of the worst cuts in a long time. I used to have layers at the front with a little fringe for when I wore my hair out. Now I have a thick fringe (which I did not ask for and was not part of the trim) and no layers at the front. The layers elsewhere do not look good either. Dominic cut my hair but I feel he did not consult with me to understand what I wanted, was too rushed. They tried to even charge me an extra £10 for longer hair when on the Terms & Conditions it specified £5. Not a good experience at all, would not recommend this salon.

Had a haircut and blow dry. Very pleased with both, the hairdresser took her time to listen what I want and made me hair. Staff is very friendly and I like the atmosphere there, very calm. Highly recommend!
Lovely salon, though very busy. Fantastic haircut and blowdry done by Emete. Will definately recommend to my friends and will come back myself.
This was the second time I visited this salon. As it was a Saturday, it was very busy and I had to wait for about 15 minutes before hair wash. The staff was a little bit stressed out but they were doing everything they could to accommodate everyone. The person who was doing my hair although he did a very good job, he was dealing a lot with other clients while working on my hair, which I found inappropriate as he had to stop doing my hair a few times during the blow dry. The place was a bit noisy with people and loud music but eventually calmed down a little bit. Overall, I was happy with my hair and to me that is what matters most.
The staff are really friendly, and both times I've been I've come out feeling very happy with my haircut. However, both times I have found the actual process a little odd. First time - the guy washing my hair treated me more like a dog, rubbing with such vigour it hurt (and a little too much attention to cleaning behind my ears?!), and the guy cutting my hair kept yanking at it that it hurt. Second time round I was made to stand up while the guy cut my hair, which was not only slightly humiliating, but my back was quite sore, so it didn't help. I was allowed to sit while he blow dried it though thankfully. But as I say, the staff are very nice and they do do a good cut, so I will be going back - if nothing else, the oddities provide amusing stories!
