My third time and still a wonderful experience. Emete does an excellent cut and is very friendly. It was a fantastic haircut and my hair has never looked so shiny.

I had my haircut with Dominique in February. The expected result was not achieved at once ( which is not a surprise as I was a new customer ). But all credit to Dominique for his patience, time and genuine effort to make me a satisfied customer in the end. I would not hesitate to recommend the salon to my friends and expect to be back myself. Excellent value and quality for money.

I had lowlights done by Carlos. He started to apply the colour with only a brief chat about what I wanted, which surprised me as other hairdressers who have coloured my hair have always shown me a colour chart and provided an in-depth consultation first. He seemed to be in a bit of a bad mood and barely spoke to me, other than to chide me for arriving too early for my appointment. Despite the treatment taking a couple of hours, he did not offer me a drink. The lowlights turned out nice in the end, though a bit more subtle than what I had in mind. I also paid for a cut and blow on top of the colour. This was done by a different stylist, who was very attentive and made sure that I had a cup of tea. Overall, I think that Carlos is obviously a talented colourist but has forgotton that people also go to the hairdressers because they want to feel pampered and spoil themselves a little. I am a busy mum who rarely gets time to pamper herself so I would have liked to have enjoyed the experience a little more, rather than being made to feel like a nuisance just because I arrived a bit early!

Im a regular here, so this was just a quick cut to tide me over till I get my colour in two weeks. Great Service, lovely staff, tho i was there first thing in the morning and my haridresser seemed a bit quite and tired, when normally is chatty :) oh well . I recomment anyone in the St Johns Wood / Maida Vale area to go there.
