This is my third time visiting the salon, I love the staff there, very warm and welcome, they work together like a family. Although I need to travel more than 1hour, but it is worth of it. I had brazilian blow dry done. The hair dresser was friendly, give a lot of tips on how to manage the hair. The most thing I like about the salon is that they will not sell you service or product if they deem not good for your hair or not necessary to spend, which differentiate them to the other salons.
I will be returning for hair cut, certainly will recommend to all my friends.

Overall, I had a very nice experience at Carlos London. Emete was brilliant and had all sorts of recommendations for my hair and tips about keeping it in good quality. My hair looks lovely now! Only minus was the waiting time - the downstairs was being renovated so was closed and they were rather overbooked when I arrived. As a result of this I was left waiting on the front door step for half an hour (it was a lovely day and I had a book, so I really didn't mind). I don't think that this was a typical day so don't want it to marr anyone's opinion. Once I was in, it was a very smooth experience.

I had high expectations with all reviews I read about this place and when I arrived I had to say i was a tad disappointed with the space, as it was crammed and everyone seemed so busy to care. However, once I started having my haircut and chatting to my hairdresser (I believe it was Dominic), my perceptions had changed. He's really friendly and knowlegeable and I've been told that the place is being refurbished which explains why my first impression. They are also very busy so having to fit all that would usually be distributed on two floors is not an easy task. I was one of the last customers but he took the time to finish my hair and it looked great! I definitely recommend it as I've have not been treated differently because i had a voucher and neither I felt he wanted to get it done with it to go home (like happens in sme places). You also get great service and I am sure the place will look fantastic once it's finished. I was very happy with it!
