Definitely recommend and will go back. Staff friendly but very patient and did a good job. I was very pleased with Brazilian blow dry although only fault was that stylist didn't instruct how long had to wait to wash hair. Had I not known I may have washed hair following day and not had a good result.

I had a cut and blow dry and I have to say it is ok for the money I paid, but I had to fix the cut afterwards. I did not feel the staff was experienced enough.
The place is very nice, I had to wait nothing, the staff is cool and very friendly.
I have already gone to Carlos several times. They are always nice and superprofessional. They do a very good job, they are quick and always on time so you do not have to wait. I'll continue to go.

i've been to this salone twice already and have always gone out with a smile on my face! the staff is amazing and the work they did on my hair was great, i couldnt get the colour i wanted because i had red hair previously but they made sure i was happy with the result and did everything they could to go as close as possible to what i wanted. would go anywhere else in london.
