The salon was clean and staff efficient but there was a bit too much internal gossip regarding other customers and not really the most welcoming feel. The haircut was good though and the price reasonable, so overall it was ok.

About the japanese straightening im completely satisfied so really I will recomend to anybody. Simply perfect

I have decided to tell my experience in Italian language, because many Italian friends come to London and they don't know where to found a good hair salon.
A Maggio del 2013 e' stata la mia prima visita al salone di Carlos e Domenique e da allora ho dimenticato il salone a Queensway dove andavo da piu di 15 anni. ottimo salone ma da Carlos@D mi trovo meglio. Il servizio e' impeccabile e il personale e' stupendo e amichevole e i prezzi sono onesti. LO RACCOMANDO tantissimo. L'unica cosa che vorrei chiedere a Carlos, visto che ho I capelli molto fragili e la cute delicatissima se si puo' cambiare colore , visto che il nero e' molto aggressivo e rimane in circolo per piu' di un mese.
