I arrived to the salon and was greeted by a less than friendly lady who made me feel awkward for being there, then I had a hairdresser consult on what should be done with my hair just for me to discover he was instructing that same lady. At this point I was a bit dissatisfied as I knew I was meant to be getting a cut with a senior and she unfortunately did not seem to be that. She washed and blow dried my hair fine and I think due to my apparent apprehension, I was then passed on to the more senior hairdresser who gave me a sufficient cut; it wasn't a drastic cut, more of a trim but that was fine. Dominic the hair dresser was very friendly and I did enjoy the experience once he started working on my hair. I was offered tea but it never came, I guess that was because it was busy but it would have been nice. That and the initial experience is the only reason I gave the salon a 4 instead of a 5.
This is the first time I had the T-section.personally, I was very happy.carlos understood exactly what I wanted. The colour was perfect. I then had the haircut with Dominic and once again, I got the hair style I wanted. I will defenitly come back.
Quarter Head Brazilian Blow Dry - genius idea
I have my hair really short at the back and sides, with a long fringe that needs straightening - this is ideal, brazilians in the past have meant juggling haircuts and blowdrys.
I had my root colour with Emete (hope it's correct how I write her name). She is very professional and kind girl. She did a great job. Every time I went to Carlos Salon I have a good time. All the staff are very nice. I truly recommend.
