I had a wash, cut and blowdry and left more than satisfied. My hairdresser is very accurate. Since I am going to this haurdresser I receive a lot compliments for my hairstyle :-)

Have just been to this salon and can frankly say it was the worst hairdressing experience of my life. Upon arrival I was handed over to an different stylist than the one I had requested without any explanation. I asked for advice from the stylist for potential looks and she gave no direction so I asked for a simple cut with just a few inches taken off the ends a neaten up my fringe. Whilst having my hairwashed the stylist was complaining about her co-worker, and then informed me she was excited because she was closing as soon as she was finished with me. I knew from this point the haircut would be bad, she only had an incentive to get my cut done as quickly as possible but thought I'd give her the benefit of the doubt. Cutting my hair the stylist seemed careless, and in fact when she had loosely blow dried it one side was about an inch shorter than the other. Despite saying she would fix it the sides are still mismatched. Then came the fringe. An absolute joke. It is completely randomly cut, not anywhere near even. I myself have cut it better. Really really disappointed. Didn't even bother to ask her to make it neater as the few times I did ask her to change little bits it either made it worse or she did nothing about it. I just wanted to get out of there and prevent her making a bigger mess of my cut. To add insult to injury, when I came to pay she added £5 extra to what I said I would be charged at the time of booking.
