When you go in for a change of style, it helps if the hairdresser explains what they plan to do with your hair, something that Carlos did not do. I was quite disappointed with the result of my highlights :( Also, it was very odd that all they offered to do was to rough-dry my hair after the colour was washed off. A quick/simple blow dry couldnt have taken them more than 5 extra minutes and would have made me feel less bad..

First thing I noticed was the lovely service. Took my coat, offered me tea, didn't rush me and were so nice and hospitable. Great shampoo, even better blow dry. They did exactly what I requested and executed it perfectly. My hair looked gorgeousssss. Best blowdry I've had in London!

I had a lovely experience with Emete. I have fine, curly hair that was out of control. Emete gave good advice and a brilliant haircut. My new style is easier to manage and my hair doesn't look so crazy! I would recommend Emete.

It's been nearly a year now that I use Treatwell vouchers for Carlos London Hairdressing. I am very happy each time I go. I always have my haircut with Dominic. I was very pleased when he gave me a treatment for my hair as a present. The haircut was spotless and I could see that Dominic took great care cutting them. I will come back again !
