I had a Brazilian Blowdry, Ombre and Cut so spent a few hours and a big sum in the salon. The staff were nice and very attentive. The Brazilian Blowdry and cut were good however I was not happy with the ombre. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and unfortunately I didn't get what I expected. As I have long hair, I was advised that ombre colouring usually starts below the jaw, which I agreed was fine, however I also had grown out colour from highlights I had last year. Unfortunately the stylist only coloured the bottom-half of my hair and left the highlights on the top-half. Needless to say, it doesn't look like an ombre, despite paying £60 for it. When I informed staff that I was unhappy they stated that I should have said that I wanted colour on the top half of my head too - you'd think that was obvious. They said that I would have to come back and pay extra if desired - needless to say I didn't, and shall be going somewhere else that are hopefully are more experienced in doing ombres.

The lady was nice and seemed to know what she was doing. She told me highlights were not possible as I had still some previous color in my hair and she proposed to color all of my hair, so it is equal and then I should come back and could highlights (at least that's how I understood it). Perhaps it is tricky to know how color will turn out, but I left still having two colors in my hair, one of which looks annoyingly orange, which is disappointing, on top of having to pay double eventually, for this coloring and then for the highlights. That might be my own lack of hair expertise though.
What I did not like was that after the treatment, my hair was basically blow-dried back into frizz, so I stopped that.
Atmosphere in general was spot-on, friendly, professional, chilled. Will give it another try I think.

Good salon, got a great haircut and blow dry. Hair stylist had good suggestions for my hair type and the cut really suited my hair.
