The hairdresser listened to what I wanted and the haircut was spot on. The blow dry was beautifully done. The hairdresser was also very pleasant and friendly.

Hi, I used to come here and was never disappointed but this time I've to say I am. When you booked a treatment online and the girl asks you to pay 15 pounds more because you have long hair (online it's 3 pounds more for long hair) it's not fair, besides you have to wait 20 minutes because they're late. The hairdresser Mo is very nice but I think I won't come back anyway!

I arrived 10 minutes late and them they madre me wait 20 minutes. The lady who cut my hair was not very friendly. She cut it in only 10 minutes and then she dried it in 15: all together they spent 25 minutes with me. It was only a trim and for the money that I paid it was ok I guess, but I also told her to feather it at the end and she said that it was not necessary and just did not do it. I was a little disappointed.
