Brilliant colour and treatment followed by cut and blowdry. My hair looks fabulous! This is not the first time I've been and certainly won't be the last.

I booked a 45-minute ladies' hair cut and rough dry with L'Oreal treatment. I received a 15 minute trim with no treatment whatsoever. No proper discussion of what I would like/ what would be recommended, and I had to repeat what I wanted several times in very simple terms (long at front, shorter at the back) and hope the hairdresser understood, as language was a bit of a barrier. The rough dry was a quick blasting with a hairdryer with no way to tell whether what I had requested had been done. On returning home, I found out that the cut was decidedly sub par and absolutely not what I wanted (the same length all round with shorter layers at the front, no shape in the body of the hair at all and overall ageing me by about 20 years). I am going to a different hairdresser and pay for a second haircut in order to fix this. Most disappointed - I have had good experiences in the past but perhaps new staff is lowering the standard. Very much got the feeling that the hairdresser wanted to rush through the appointment, leave early and enjoy the weekend. I have complained directly to the salon and also via Treatwell and have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement email, suggesting the complaints process is not taken seriously. After years of being loyal to Carlos I will not be returning.
