Carlos is a great little salon near Abbey Road. The place was clean, the team was extra friendly and I am very pleased with my haircut. Will definitely visit again!

After having a good haircutting experience previously at Carlos of London, I was happy to go again for a highlight treatment. This visit was disappointing and my hairdresser this was unfriendly to the point of rudeness, only speaking to me when necessary and not offering me a magazine or anything to read while I sat for over an hour. The quality of my treatment was fine and I was happy with the new colour, but it was a bit patchy when it came to applying the new highlights over my existing ones, so my old highlights are still visible and grown out. The cost was extremely good value for money, but on the whole I was not satisfied with my experience this time.
