I think the no wash blow-dry service they provide is perfect. I could not fault the blow-dry itself apart from not being asked if I wanted any heat protector first. But I guess I'll know for next time to apply it at home.

Really disappointed with my haircut. I went for a Ladies Haircut which was supposed to be 45 mins but my haircut was over in 20 minutes. The place was very unfriendly. The staff didn't make any conversation, not even a 'how are you doing today', forget asking me for a glass of water. I had Irina who did ask me what I wanted but did a really bad job of cutting my front fringe, it's very uneven and I had to get it trimmed somewhere else. She was very rushed when washing my hair and got the water all over my face. Also didn't cover me properly during the haircut so there was hair stuck to my clothes. The place had a very dull atmosphere, you could hear all the commotion from outside and there was a strange smell too. I am never going here again!
