I've been going to this salon for 2 years.Always had my haircut with Anthony.Always bought the voucher from Treatwell regardless if it was £15 or £40.I actually gave this salon a positive feedback in my beginnings.
Yesterday I bought a voucher for a haircut which was £27.I had a £10 OFF code therefore my haircut price was £17.I paid.I then emailed Carlos hairdresser to ask for my haircut to be with Anthony as I always have my hair cut by him.
I was never treated so rudely : " Anthony won't cut your hair for that price.His a director"
I was shocked by the reply and asked for him to cancel my appointment.He could of offered me to pay an x amount of money on top of what I already paid so I can be happy and have my haircut with Anthony.
I send them an email regardless their customer service to which I got a reply (exactly those words)
" And o top of that he doesn't eve work on Mondays and never has "
I would never recommend you going to this place! Even though Anthony was amazing,the customer service puts me off completely.
Also,this is not the first time when something similar happened.A while back one girl overbooked me with another woman for a haircut with Anthony.I mentioned to her I won't let anyone else cut my hair unless its him.She started shouting at me that she's trying to solve this issue!SHOUTED AT ME!
