I go to this salon and I have to say that it's great value for your money. It isn't a glamorous experience by any means but extremely well trained professionals work there and always do a great job on my hair.
Irina was lovely and efficient, I am very happy with my highlights and cut!

I am extremely disappointed. I had a NanoKeratin system treatment at this salon last year, which was recommended to me by Carlos, who said it would blow my mind. And it did! So now I came back to have the same treatment. The salon was completely empty, it was just me and the hairdresser lady who did the treatment. Before she washed my hair she even confirmed that I'm having the Nanokeratin treatment. FYI Nanokeratin System is a brand name. A very expensive and very hood one. My treatment cost me £80 on an off-peak deal. I don't know about you but that is a lot of money for me. Reasonable, but I'm only paying that much if I want drastic results. Which I got last year.. I even asked the lady if they're still using the same type of nanokeratin, she said yes. To my surprise she then went to basement to collect her things so unfortunately I couldn't see if she was mixing anything, when she came back the only product I saw her use was Biolage, which I never heard about before. I was a bit frustrated by the fact that they're not using the product I expected, but assumed she probably knows what she's doing and maybe it's another brand of nanokeratin. Well my hair is absolutely not "mindblowing" now. I waited the 3 days to wash it and my hair returned to frizzy, the only result is that my hair actually looks thinner... I googled Biolage and there's absolutely no indication that they do nanokeratin products. It's a very cheap product too. (Compared to the one expected) I tried emailing the salon but got an automatic message back thet their server is down....I am very disappointed and frustrated that I payed a lot of money for this...
