Having made my Appointment on the day with SAM I was told when I got there SAM is on Holiday which was not true.SAM was waiting for me but some one switched my name to DANIEL which made SAM very annoyed & she
walked out.Although my Hair cut was good I thought this was not a nice thing to do to your Staff.
Also as I entered the Shop there was an Atmosphere & no one greeted me.I had to wait till DANIEL finished his
Customer, which was about 20 minutes.
