First time at the salon and I was very impressed. Carlos is clearly very experienced and matched my colour perfectly. The cut and blow dry was a little rushed but I was happy with the final result. I'll definitely go back.

I have moved to this area recently and was expecting to try out a few places before finding somewhere I'm really happy with, but this lovely little salon was charming from the start, from the chic decor to the warm welcome I received by name as I walked in.
Carlos really listened to what I wanted and did an excellent colour job. As any other 'salon blonde' will know achieving that clean, natural, non-brassy colour is an art and Carlos got mine perfect- the colour is bright and fresh. Several weeks later the condition is still soft and the colour as good as when it left the salon.
The staff at Alvez are very welcoming and friendly, and the salon and facilities clean and organised. They use quality products (L'Oreal and Redken) and took the time to make sure I was happy without rushing, it was all round a lovely experience in an elegant yet relaxed and comfortable setting. The other managing team member Gabbie also came over and welcomed me and couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. I have already booked my next appointment and am looking forward to returning!

The salon was quiet and well kept. The hairdresser was waiting when I arrived and they were absolutely fine with me being 10mins late, though I had called in advance. Service was very quick and quite rushed, I had a wash cut and blow dry in 25mins. Which was good as I was in a rush but I expected to stay much longer!
