Good ambiance and nice staff have been here a few times before. It would have been better if the staff this time new what they were doing rather than being given instructions all the time.

As always, I left extremely happy after my recent visit. Carlos is The Best hair colour Consultant I've experienced having tried several salons in London. The salon is tastefully decorated and most importantly very clean. 5 stars too for the coffee!
