I had booked a back neck and sholuder massage. My second message with Sam and she has immediately put me at ease. She has just the right balance of professionalism and friendliness.
I've suffered from lower back pain for a long time due to work posture and my back was very sore that day.
Sam knew this as soon as she puts her hands on me! She worked the knots out of my back, but with her knowledge was able to work out that the problem was coming from leg and foot.
Brilliant massage.
