I had managed to attend my appointment after an operation. I wanted to make my nieces wedding the next day. I had obviously booked the wrong slot for what I needed ( take off and reapply gel) result been that I was given the most uncomfortable 1 hour. I was seriously on the verge of walking out and would have done If I really didn’t need to look ok for a wedding. The fact that she then literally fawned over the next client brought my bad experience into sharp relief. Will not be going back.

I travel from Sheffield for my treatments at Alura and it's absolutely worth it. The salon experience is both relaxing and professional and the therapists are very experienced and skilled. Gel nails last me well over 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend it. A big 5 stars from me :-)

I was so nervous before my appointment but Laura soon put me at ease, her knowledge and skill is outstanding. I found the treatment surprisingly painless in fact it was quite relaxing. If you are considering microblading you will not regret coming to Alura! I can honestly say I love my new brows one of the best decisions I've ever made.
