I have a recurring back problem which Adele really helped. She is very thorough in her consultation and is very knowledgeable about anatomy. A great treatment. Definitely going back.

An amazing experience. First time i have ever gone for a massage and Adele made the whole experience easy and personal. In the consultation, you go over any fears you might have and what needs working on the most.
Before this i never thought of the true benefits of massage but i now know how relaxing to the mind and body it can be. The environment is so nice and time goes so quickly. I can certainly recommend her.

I always have a fantastic experience at Aloha Massage, Adele is a very caring practitioner and is able to provide a very personalised experience. I suffer with back pain particularly lower back, Adele is always able to cater to my back and picks up on issues during the massage that I am not always aware of. The experience is very relaxing and a real treat.
The treatment room is very clean and tidy. Adele is organised in her practice and is able to get the balance right of being professionally friendly. Adele charges a very reasonable price for the service she provides.
I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is looking for this service.
