Great massage, shoulder muscles released and much better since. Adele creates a lovely ambience with relaxing music and decor. Only dropped one star for ambience due to noise from person upstairs/walking up and down the stairs loudly! Thanks Adele 😊

Adele was lovely - I felt very welcome and she asked lots of questions with regard to where my pains were and any issues I had been having to target those points. I'd been having a lot of back pain and having targeted massage on those areas has helped massively. Will certainly be returning!
