I asked to renew my colour and not only did the stylist completely fry my hair but I left the salon with random sections that were white in my hair. Despite seeing this the stylist told me that this was totally normal however i have been getting my hair colour done for almost two years and never in my time have I left the salon with white hair randomly all over my head. I am extremely disappointed with how it turned out and felt so overwhelmed that I just had to exit the salon. Never again !
