I liked the overall result and what was done to my hair but tbh I did feel I was overcharged. I payed £69 on Treatwell for the colour and rough blowdry, but just asked for a little trim as well when I got in there as there wasn’t an option for this online. I was happy to pay more for it but was charged an extra £40 just to take an inch off the ends and a tiny bit off the fringe which in hindsight I think was a lot. I did find the overall atmosphere a bit uncomfortable also.
